Time Is So Many Things...

"Time is too slow for those who wait,
Too swift for those who fear,
Too long for those who grieve,
Too short for those who rejoice,
But for those who love, Time is eternity."

I came across this quote yesterday... Was feeling speechless as usual thinking what to say, but somehow there are somethings that really make u wonder how well someone said those words... And somehow u want to bring out what u feel when have read this...

Some people i know are really facing the wrong end of luck at the moment... For them, time is just dragging...
Some feel the heat of "evals"... Never have time since when i cant remember...
Some lost someone close... Life is just a series of rebuilding measures...
Some just got 6 IIM calls... Life is moving so fast... Wish it would slow down
But for all, its the last line that represents a goal to reach... The nirvana so to speak...

Was speaking to a pal today who said he was keeping it "simple". Just give a few exams and thats that. Great!!!

Speaking of exams...my favourite example is the MU exams. Each of the 8 semesters was a real event :-)

Scene:

Exams round the corner(any engg worth his salt knows that as a rule, gals actually study durin the PL and guys do TP and study only on the last morning of the exam)...
samples:
"hey that class ka notes se hi aayega paper"...
"XYZ prof from VJTI is setting the paper this time..."
"Tera toh sab ho gaya rahega..."
"Tu toh faadne waala hai is time..."
"Exams postponed..." - My favourite... I believed it every time and most times ended up getting screwed even more :-)

On those fond and funny memories... I'l bid u all goodbye for tonight....

Will leave u all with some of my favourite words from the song...
"Silver Spring" by Fleetwood Mac

You could be my silver spring,
Blue, green colours flashing...

(And the ultimate words....)
Time cast a spell on you, but you wont forget me...
I know i could have loved you but u wouldnt let me...

You could be my silver spring,
Blue, green colours flashing...

Good Day All... And A Very Happy New Year...

May this year bring to you all that your heart desires and anything that I may have missed out on giving you :-)

P.S : This reminds me of MAHABHARAT's narrator "SAMAY". Its shown as a circle... I just noticed that i began this post with a reference to Time and ended it on that note too... LOL... Such is life...

So long and so forth and seeya next time...
